I have researced seeds 4 times and still the seeds i make are quality 0, shouldn't it be at least 2? do i need to be a manager? or is there something simple im forgeting to do?

Before you start production, make sure you change the QUALITY LEVEL to fit your research level. It can even be higher than your actual level, but it has to be at least, in your case, set to 4, so the quality can increase.

Like Merhouse said, but just put the quality up to like 100, so it will always produce the max quality.
