Production costs

Hi, I was wondering if there are possible methods in reducing the costs of production?
I know that the area of production affects costs...but usually they arent that much of a difference
I am making advertisements Q2...but the production costs are like 900c each...and when i look at the market...its like 300c

Just move your TV station to green area and your production cost will decrease to 270. It has been written million times here that TVs station should be built only in green......

I not sure.. maybe it's because I'm businessman level... but my TV station in the green zone (160m) requires $331.20 per minute... rather than $270. Does anyone else have the same production costs?

it would be important to know where you have taken this figure from...
Is 331.2 the figure standing in your production building next to the product? Or does it already include the power you need?

If you compare with www.kapitools.de it should, however, be 270...

I got $331.20 from the figure standing in the production building beside the product. I didn't add in the cost of power required.

Back to Terarus:

Stop producing ads, sell the building and stop researching ads. You will never be able to be profitable with ads.

The price for one ads point is 40 caps right now. You need at least q8 to not loose money when you sell it (if you produce at about 300/min, in green)

I tried it in the second world of the german version. When I started the price was at 80/point. It fell very fast and I had no chance.

Again: You will only lose money if you continue producing ads. (especialy in red)

The area really does affect the cost. And sometimes they are very much of a difference.

I can only think of one reason to have a tv station and that is that you have ~50 stores. I have 16 store and it works out cheaper to buy the ads for around 40 caps a point. You only need 1,600,00 caps to buy ad for each store. Just buy other buildings and make the money to buy them.

You might find it hard to sell them for much after you have finished filling your stores. Ads increase your profit but are terrible at actually making profit by producing them, unless your one of the media "tycoons"...
