Diamond Rings or Golden Watches

Hi, can some people in the jewelry business help me.

I'm thinking of moving into the jewelry business but looking around
i was wondering whats better golden watches or diamond rings.

You should also compare costs to produce. Use the ingame help to determine what materials are needed, and this website to add in the production cost:

That should help you compare how many caps it takes to build each item. From there you compare the cost to make with the average price they sell for.

The time it takes to produce and the time it takes to sell are also significant factors.

I would say golden watches is the better choice
mining diamond is more expensive than gold
and the time of production is quite similiar

Actually the costs look fairly similar, considering you need 40 gold for one watch.

Diamond rings
elements:
39 g Silver
1 Piece Diamonds
200 kWh Power

Golden watches
elements:
40 g Gold
0.1 kg Glass
500 kWh Power

i see, thx for the info

atm im building a sales building and just testing which sells faster
golden watch diamond ring golden necklace

then ill work out the production price for each and see whats better
but looks like golden watch and ring is similar with golden neck being the cheapest.

I would ay golden watches , because when the supply for diamond rings will surpass the demand , your price will collapse.

With regards to diamond rings, the supply-demand fluctuates regularly. Just because one day supply>demand, it doesn't mean it's going to stay like that forever.

Yeah but you got more *breath room* ( donno hwo to tell in english ) with golden watches .
+- 10 000 golden watches before suppley > demand
+-1000 diamond rings before supply > demand .

But thats just my view.

Yes thx all, I've decided to go with golden watches.
at least the supply and demand wouldn't crash as easily as diamonds.

although i found out that diamond ring sell faster and sell for a bigger price then watches but best to be on the safe side and go with watches for now, could always switch in the future anyway.

but found out i need ALOT of power stations to put up with this, if I don't make my own i found that i'll make a loss :/
