Steel is made in a Factory. Wood is made in a Plantation.

For steel: (If you where to buy everything off the market.)

5 Coal at 11 each: 55
2 Iron at 13 each: 26
0.5 Chemicals at 23 each: 12.5
200 Power at 0.10 each: 20
Production fee: 15

Total price to produce steel: 128.5

Keep in mind you can get cheaper products. The prices listed where just off the market listings.

It pretty easy to find out: search the avrage price of steel and calculate how much it would take to produce it yourself

Productions Fee is how much the building charges you to produce an item. The production fee raises with each quality you make.

Example:
Steel q0 - 15
Steel q1 - 15.2
...
Steel q5 - 16

So if I want to produce 1000 water q0, the fee is 15. And if I enter 10 000 water it still 15?

No, the production fee is for each item. If you made 1,000 steel it would cost you 15,000. However, if you made 10,000 steel it would cost you 150,000.

Each product has a different fee. (Fees depend on what zone a building is built in. If you buy a building in the green zone it will have a smaller production fee. However, if you buy a building in the red zone it will have a larger production fee.)

Then how is it possible that players sell stuff to less then 15? With the prod. costs (and everntualy shipping fees) that should always result is +15

Never mind, I was mistaken, started playing yesterday and I thought that all goods had a prod. fee of 15
