Do you need and RC to sell your reaserch eg i have T.V q 5 research and i want to sell it on market, do i need a Technical RC to sell it? hope i'm making sense

you need to be manager to sell it, you dont need the RC.

ok i am a manager (Power inc.) but how do you sell then? i just sold Q11 ads, but i had a store and i just clicked on sell, so how do you sell if you sold your building already?
