In your 'Office', click the coins tab on the left hand side.
Then click 'Activate Premium Account', then buy 1 month.

what if I buy premium account for a month ...build ...and then decide not to buy AGAIN NEXT MONTH..?

you wont be able to use the buildings that you built whille using premium

only if you already have 60 buildings, then anymore that you build or buy during your premium account wont work after premium

No Drummore is correct. Anything built while premium is flagged as "Premium."

If I was to lapse down into a Standard account I'd be left with something like 10 buildings I think, thanks to all the rotation I've done.

That is currect. If you don't have a lot of profit you will have to spend some real cash to pay for it every month.

Look at it this way, if you do buy coins with real cash you are supporting the game.
