I'm sorry to report that you should probably sell your TV station. People are only willing to pay ~50 caps for Q0, which is way below your costs.

The reason is Q1 ads are twice as valuable as Q0
Q3 ads are twice as valuable as Q1.
Q7 ads are twice as valuable as Q3.....

I would advise you to sell your building and trying to get into something else. Great starting buildings are Mines, power plants and wells (for water).
