add 40,000,000 trees,

-10 degrees globally (mature or sizeable)

8)

ps (oops) might not always work bigger better forests tend to moderate climate.

If we are going to talk about Global Warming, we also have to talk about Global Dimming.

It seems that there are two types of pollution that we need to reduce. If we don't, most of us will be underwater and the rest of us will be living on the coast or in a desert, or both within 100 years.

Green house gases are warming our atmosphere but smog is shading our planet and reflecting sunlight back into space. It's getting hotter, yes, but it is also getting darker. The darkness is slowing Global Warming. We are getting on top of the smog problem which will make it a bit brighter but even hotter. If we don't reduce the greenhouse gases AT THE SAME TIME as smog, the Greenland ice sheet will be gone in a decade or 3.

If you think 30 degrees celcius is hot, try outback Australia where it gets to 45 deg cel already. Our country is mostly desert and it will be 55 deg cel which will be impossible. If I move to say England it will be 45 deg cel and I will be used to it.

At 50 deg cel the amazon will burn and most probably turn into a desert. The methol hydrate frozen in the sea bed will thaw out and release more greenhouse gas than that which is contained within the entire gas, coal and oil fields on the planet.

If we don't stop Global Warming our planet will become more like Venus (The planet of love?) :(

We need clean energy now. We have it but don't seem to be able to afford it.

I imagine that wouldn't be very good for your shrubs.

The last time I painted my house I also painted the shrubs a bit. I was only using standard oil based paint and the shrubs didn't like that.

*Note* Don't paint shrubs, they die.

If it's not raining very much the shrubs will still die. Australia is coming out of a 10 year drought (In some Shires it is the worst on record).

I hope the sea level doesn't rise.

**Note** Most shrubs don't grow underwater very well either.
