How do I restart?

Before, I could restart by going to a tutorial message and clicking on "restart without tutorial", but how do I do it now that I don't have any tutorial messages?

Go to *office* => *profile* => scroll down , you should find it

As long as the building isn't busy, you can go into the building's menu and there is a link in the upper right to sell it.
