Firstly I will tell you what not to build. Forget about making your own ads. Your media RC and TV station are worthless. There are companies selling ads for prices you will never be able to compete with. Believe me. I wanted to make them too but price for one ad point is slowly falling so you will have to produce really good quality in order to save some money.
As you have cattle breeding and plantations you can consider building textile factory and making leather jackets.
Or build more groceries and focus on one product to sell there.
Or you can build joinery and let your plantations produce wood for it.
There is too many options and more then 10 of them will bring you good success. It also depends on you...How succesfull you will be with finding good suppliers and customers.....
You have a lot of different buildings. I think you will have to decide which way you really want to go and focus only on it. Average quality is slowly raising in all products and if you will split your attention between too many things, you will miss your train to profitland.....

Mainly that you should probably think about specilizing some.
Food is not really a good way to make money. Cottom, Wood, and Chickens are the only products I would rate as ok or better right now from farming buildings. Beef is ok as long as you are buying the Cattle.
Oil, if you really want it, is usually better to just buy: you can make extra water, sell it, and buy more oil then you can produce.
Advertising is a bad place to start - to make money on it you will need a lot of research - so much that the only way in now is really to buy it. I would ditch the advertising related stuff and reinvest the money.
Power has a decent return right now, but it does not improve with research. In the long run, I think it is a mediocre product.
I would suggest developing two plans:
1. Medium Term (to 16 million in assets or so) - Concentrate on profit. You do not have to commit anytime soon, but should think a little ahead.
2. Long Term (16 million in assets+) - Put some time into deciding on a product. Digest the guides in the forums and ask questions.
