noob help

I just started(without tutorial) and Im building a well,mine,power plant.
My best way to make money is to produce metals and sell them.
good idea, tring to get RC and factory(for steel).

Suggestions
??

A good way for a start. You dont need research centers in the beginning with this tactic.

Just produce stones or perhaps minerals. They sell very good without research. Try to build new mines as soon as possible to increase production and dont expand before you got 60 building. Producing steel can be a way for the future but not right in the beginning.

Producing steel with few buildings requires really lot of micromanagement (switching production of mines and factory for iron/coal/minerals and chemicals/steel). If you are hyperactive you can try it, if not stick to simplier products (e.g. stones) for a while.

The good thing with steel is that its price is very stable and you don't need any reasearch to be profitable.

yeah, don't bother waisting the time and money on researching steel, iron or coal. Most of the people buying steel are just using it for upgrades where it does not matter what quality level it is, so you are wasting money since it will cost more to produce higher quality goods.

same for wood, sure people use steel and wood for other things but mostly for upgrades.
