i won a contest certifacet, and got the contract, but where can you see it

eg. one of the spechal buidings?

I believe you need to be Trader (net worth 4 million).

If you go into your Warehouse, on the left side one of the choices is Status Store. Click there and you can see Contest Certificates as well as any other traded status symbols.
