not exacly sure if this is a bug but.

Income 640,100.00

The "total" in the profit and loss does not contain the 680k starting cash you begin with... so if you start, you are at 0... then you spend the 680k cash... and go into a minus

No, i have not, even then tho would that not increase my profit not make it go down. Well if that is what it does that must absulutly change cause it is a form of profit.

Have you ever sold buildings back to the npc?

I dont know for sure but I think that comes up as a negative in the figures since you not getting as much as you paid for the building =)
