price fixing?

can prices be fixed?
Does that sound right?

the prices are based on other stores selling the same goods right?
So if you had two grocery stores, both selling apples at the same price, they'd get finished at the time time.

But if instead you had one selling apples at 5000 caps and the other selling apples at 10 caps, would it them make the lower priced store sell those apples faster?

it would seem so.

Also, I work during the day, so I can sell anything for 20 caps, just to get that prices, while you sleep or whatever, then cancel when I'm back online.
Sure you don't sell as much but you get more money for it, as long as you don't mind losing sales volume.

I've only done that twice, I made the mistake of thinking I was getting a good deal on lamb, since it was priced much higher on the stat sheet but found that it took too long with little profit once I got it into my stores.
So figured this would be a good way to dump it on the market to get my investment back, while I'm at work, till it is all gone.
