improve admin buildings

Ok yes you could if you wanted to dispose of the q0 in another way but this isn't something you really want to be doing on a regular basis.
that is why i said u should raise ur research quality ... research quality does not decrease if production is cancelled ... i also suggested to create products that do not require quality input, like mines, wells, etc. which only require water / power

ok, so if i had 20 buildings of size 20 m2 and 2 buildings of size 40 m2

can I set the production only for the small ones?

What you get is a list of your buildings with checkboxes on the right. You can check all, or just some, then set production for the checked ones. Also it automatically ignores any buildings active. So you're checking boxes in a list and picking a product from a dropdown instead of entering each factory separately. It's a nice savings even if you have different size buildings or don't want to set the same product on all of them.
