hey can you have 2 reaserche places researching 2 defferente *q but same item?

if you mean like researching seeds q6 in one RC then in your other RC you are going to research q7 the answer is no

its like researching 2 different things in 2 different RCs(same RCs...but two..) i guess...
for example - Chemicals RC
reseaching gas q8 in first RC , and
researching chemicals q6 in the other RC

yes, that is possible... but it is not possible (to use your example) to research in one of them gas q8 and in the second one gas q9...
