Sorry, but this is not true: The last quest was not solved: I screwed up due to lack of producing facilities. That means at least one quest is open and maybe far more, Idk.

how do these quests work anyway? I don't understand it anymore.

If you ignore a quest when it first gets sent to you until the message deleted from your inbox you will get the quest again.

If you decline a quest it is gone forever.

If you fail a quest through lack of products the quest is also gone forever.

Basically how they work is you get sent a quest and have limited time to send in each product, if you send each product at the right quality in on time you get a prize. If you fail to get the products within the timescales you don't get anything.

I'm sorry I cannot tell you if or when new quests will be added; if you have already solved the last quest, balaam, then you won't be receiving a new one I am afraid!

The last quests were added shortly after Duffhead announced as much last year. You'll find the announcement here.
