Whenever I buy a factory..and click "Yes" wen it questions me to build...after dat why isnt it visible in the "Production" as "under construction"...is this a bug in my acc or it is normal?

It does not seem to be normal. You are sure you have all the neede money (250 000 I think if in red) and materials according to your level and did not reach the max number of buildings (60 non-premium, 100 premium).
Does it show any other screen than production when you click Yes?

A factory cost 120 000 caps in green, the cheapest area to build it. Your sig show you have 90 000 caps.

Can you please list all buildings you have? It is then easy to check if the fixed assets is correct. If you got fixed assets indicating you should have a factory but it is in accessible, then it's most likely a bug and should be reported to the mods.

BTW is red zone better place to construct ? the cheaper is not always the best

To answer that one very generally; Until you reach you building limit haveng the cheapest production cost is the ultimate. But there is a limit to the number of buildings you can have so sooner or later you would need the extra output to generate enough goods.

I belive this would not be true if there were only one quality, but once you reach higher Q, the daily profit will be more dependant on volume rather than production cost.

This is thinking out loud more than a fasit ...

If you reset, all buildings are demolished..... btw, your fixed assets seems right on spot

150 000 Caps Mine & Well RC in red
200 000 Caps Gas station in red
240 000 Caps Well in yellow
------------
590 000 Caps Total

NOW problems with factory? As farmboy said, YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY.

A little advice:
Make another reset and build in that order:
Gas Station
Factory
Well
Chemical RC
Well and Mine RC

Stop where you have some 100 000 caps, buy Oil from market, make Gas, sell Gas. May build Chemical RC BEFORE Well.

If you want produce Gas in it, definitely in RED (Germany, France or Turkey).

...you may consider green for some products like Steel, but it is often (for most products) best to build factory in RED.

Thanx a lot for all ur help, my doubts are cleared..now i ll start research on Oil and start its production!

and one more thing...as a fresher in Oil Company....how much do u normally earn daily..?
