Missing building [closed]

I had a max size joinery on the market and now it's not there, not showing in the marketplace or via my own ads, i've not sold it and i'm still showing 100 buildings, it's disappeared

Are you certain you actually placed the joinery on the market place? You may have forgotten to confirm placing the joinery.

If you are sure, do you still have the building ID by any chance?

Hi, yes it was definately placed on the market (i had IGM's offering less than I placed it on for), was on there for around 4/5 days before its disappeared, I only had 2 joineries one expanding to 15k and that one, its not showing anywhere in my production building list just in my total buildings (now showing 99 as I sold one yesterday) I dont have a building ID.

Sorry to double post but two days and no response to my last post is this being looked into? if it has fully disappeared (apart from showing in my buildings: and FA) how do i get my joinery back? can it be replaced?

If i can't get my joinery back or be replaced how do i get my building slot back thats taken up by a non existant building? or am i now stuck with a 99 usable premium building slot limit? is there a possibility this will happen again? not really fun putting high value and long expansion time buildings on the market for them to vanish into thin air.
