Which is the last price that I can sell at a contract??

a Contract is sold for an agreed upon price between seller and buyer
providing it meets the criteria in the rules of the game.

If you're talking about the max price, then I don't think there is a max price.
but if you sell it for too high (or low) you will get banned.

Yeah, as inflation occurs the prices change for everything, so do the approximate "too high or low" margins.
