Some time this afternoon. There is no fixed time but when ether Goldeneye logs on and updates it.

Though the newspaper is surprisingly quite late today. Usually it is done by 1800 server time but Goldeneye must have RL commitments OR

Goldeney has given up being an admin and they will need a new, (cough) I would be a perfect mod. On quite a bit and I will be extremely populist, first act banning WintaUk from the game

Many of the KapiTimes staff have had RL things during pentecost, or other things that made us take some time off.
We weren't able to get KapiTimes Issue 92 online today, but it will be released around monday afternoon.

It's one day late, I'm sure it shouldn't be that much of a big deal.
