When will I be able to do that? I really want to get rid of the damn tv station, that just stands there doing nothing.

You can sell and buy by contract at any level.

I don't think that any body would ever be so mad *cough*... Oh... What an intelligent and wise thing would be to buy a 20 sqm TV station! Anybody interested? I'll sell it for a low price.
