I have recently been buying some coins and it has been a night-mare. Using the phone service.
A couple of weeks back I bought some coins on my brothers file ( I used my phone he gave me cash) and when buying some coins after it had all completed and charged my phone (4 pounds) the coins never turn up. use Upjers help (sent in total 3 messages) and messaged pearlbay and got not one reply. They took my money and I didn't get the coins. gave up on that.
Then today I was buying some more coins using my phone. First 2 times i called even though I had full signal and typed in the number perfectly, they stupid system didn't receive the pin and charged me another 4 pounds (this was me trying to redeem the coins I was getting for my brother). Then it worked for me 3 times.
But then when my some more coins. Call had finished, money taken from my phone (another 4 pounds), pressed next. Again, no coins were received by me.
This bleeping annoying when you are basically paying for a service (yes it is a service because it is entertainment) and not getting. Does Upjers have a problem or something with looking after customers? there support was useless and asking a brick wall would have been just as good compared to them. Moral of the story, don't buy any coins till they sort out their support service.
