Im back again, like twice now

my glorious return to kapilands, now with even more bad spelling then before

I sold most of my buildings and are now seing if i can become biggest water producer, mainly cause i need a challenge to find this entertaining so i did that one. i also bought 1 mil of steel by accident so if anyone wants so, 136 caps each
