Power

Do I just build a power station, produce and then sell? Do I need any other buildings to sell power?

Just the one. The only input is cost. Which, remember, is 3 times as high in red zones as green ones. So if you build in red you'll get more power but it will cost you 0.03 to produce each one. If you build in green you won't get as much but it will cost 0.01.

I can't see that it matters, as long as it's green. Mauritania is more populous than Congo, which is is more popular than Mali for some reason. Any of the 3 are fine.
