These prices seems to be very high... for a 20m shop I can build it on my own cheaper... And the other as well...

No, the shops are without advertise. But you have to calculate that you need steel, wood and stones for build and you don't have to wait until the buildings are ready. Because of this I think the prices are ok, but if somebody is really interested he can write me an igm and speak about a little discount!
