We need to convince people that the forum has something for them. A system message to everyone in the game highlighting the forum or an article in the kapi times about how good the forum is.

and i think PMing everyone to come to the forums would lead to a lot more amateur spam (inatel, geremija, ect.)

at least it is an idea. We need ideas in how to get this forum going again. Latest idea, with approval form Goldeneye, we make several fake accounts and start posting on them bringing up the activity levels to a point were people come back then we gradually abandon those accounts.
