I am a member of this and TIB but I don't see much of a difference. Though TIB seems to have most of the game joined, if this union is to be successful then alot of people will need to join. I don't see that happening. They might have already joined TIB and cant be bothered joining another Union, TIB has a far better designed forum, better games and has several good ideas and cheap constant offers already. I like the idea of having more than 1 Union in R2 but for this to actually go forward, last any length of time or be as successful as TIB alot more people will have to join and honestly more time effort and thought has to put in, the website is not the best and the forum is pretty rubbish, the motto and rules have not even been established, I like TIB for the trade organizations for most products which this doesn't have yet, really this needs alot more time put into it and do a massive recruitment drive. It might be wise to find a few other people to help you with this Chadds.

I am looking for help and have also now got 2 other companies helping and the website that I showed you is no were near finished it was just a preview of what it will be like. We are planning many more things and have some amazing programmes for small companies that are almost ready to be used . And since you last joined we have had 5 more companies ask to join and am in the adding if adding them. The group is growing. It is not well known yet, but we are still having at least 2 companies applying a day so when it is more well known it will grow much faster.
If anyone wants to help me set this union up please igm me.

i hope this willbe succesful as it is nice to have more than 1 organization on R2.

but to make it succesful you need active members, alot of effort put into the development of the organization.

well the website is well under way. Only have to figure out a mentoring Idea and finish the syndicates. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it good. Also I have checked the rules of TIB and I cant find anywhere were it says you cant be a member of 2 groups.

If I sent a pm to every single member of a Realm will I get banned for spamming?

The union is currently having at least 2-3 people joining a day. The website is almost dine and would of been done but first site crashed. Thankfully we have another site being done and will be ready in a few days. Ok I will admit this site is a bit like TIBs but not exactly the same. We are not copycats and should nit come under fire for using the same site to create the website. It should be seen as a complement to TIB and the makers of the site. Like TIB has big kapi little kapi we have a range of programmes being devolped that are more specific and focus on smaller companies far more. If you are a small company this is the union for you and if you are a big company than this is for you.

Very exciting news! Seen preview of website and it is looking fab! it shoul be ready anytime soon and will keep members posted.
I would also like to say that could members of NFU not harrass TIB members and not to post on their forum. We do not want to annoy them and wish them all the best and the last thing we would want is too create a war between the two unions.
