Contact "cash money brothers," he has q9 seeds. Right now I don't think he is selling them though. I just asked this question one day ago.

Edit: Does anyone else sell them? "cash money brothers" doesn't seem to be selling right now and I would like some now.

well it will be dificult because you need to have at least Q18 to produce Q9 seeds, and believe me it takes time and money!!! (i am at Q4 researching Q5= seeds Q2)

Yes, This just means that I have to research it by my self or wait until someone else does. If no one else will sell high quality seeds I will have to wait months before I get q9. It is just easier to buy it q9 then to research it.
