VERY IMPORTANT RESEARCH-CENTER QUESTION???

i got 2 researchcenters my own with a lot of research. when i build a new one, this new RC also gets these researches i already did before. when im a manager i can sell my buildings to other companys, well if i buy a new RC, a then sell them with these qualitys, does the buyer receive these high quality researches i guess? so i buy them cheap, but i can sell the RC centers for a nice price then i think.
is this a way of cheating or is this allowed, im not a manager yet, but i thought about it, and i thought maybe this could be a problem in the game? does anybody know something about this? or is it not that profitible i think i believe?
or maybe its a little bug or so

after you reach manager level, you can also sell researches

The researches and the centers can be sold separate like any other products/buildings at manager lvl. So yes you loose them if sold but they can also be bought without having the building yourself.
