I think you should reject all bids in igm, because there may be a great confusion.
For example, someone sends an igm with bid 7.1bil at 23:58, and someone else bids on forum 7bil at 23:59. Which bid is valid? None, because you cannot transfer igm messages in the same second.

This is a daft question but is this over ?

I only ask because the "servertime" under the kapilands logo at the top say 00:03 yet my post times seem to be showing 2 hours behind, only just noticed this - which one is correct and which one are we using ?
