Shop Problem

I've got max employees, full shop inventory and a price set. The problem is that under "Status", it reads "no sale". Why is this? I've worked with shops before with no problem. This is my third time around with shops and the first time I've had this problem.

More than likely that there is no demand. Check the supply and demand stats page for the item you are trying to sell.

most general answer is that you set too high price. it happens with jewelry quite often that supply exceeds demand and then the price for which you could sell drops dramatically, therefore you get the "no sale" thingy even with your usual prices

Thanks GREED....I figured that out now. That was my problem. Price was set too high, even though the demand was less than 1% of the supply.

Something else to keep in mind: When a store takes 900 hours or more to sell its stock it lists as "no sale" under the main retail page. However, it will sell products.

I have several fully stocked Jewelers that take about 900 to 1000 hours to sell the stock. However, they sell 4000+ items daily even with the "no sale" sign posted.
