address book

I am new to the game. I got a messege from another company offering a contract, but he asked me to add his company name to my address book and keep the note of price etc. but i can not find any address book in my account, nor any place for putting notes. can anybody help me??
I also heard after clicking on a company I would be able to make contract with it, or add it to my address book, but there what I get is just like this:

Search company

Company: ******
Head office: ******

Cash: ******
Fixed assets: *****
Score: *****

Last login: *****

Hi and welcome.

You'll get the adress-book in a higher level.
Just check out the "help"-menu (top right hand in your ingame-account) for this.

Thanks a lot. I thought the level in help is just for tutorial (as I didnt see any requrement of the higher levels). but now i realized there are also more unlockings in higher levels (though I still dont know when or how one gets to each level.

When you reach a certain amount of cash+ fixed assets, you will go up a level.
It is also there in the help menu.
