selling research centres

If i sell a research centre where i have done a load of researching, do i lose all of my research?
Also does the person buying the building gain all of the researches that i have done?
Does research get more expensive the more levels you go up, say Manager to Billionaire?
If not then does anyone have a price list for each of the qualities, like q7 is 25.6k and q8 is 36.45k - i just need a list of each quality price.

Any info would be appreciated.

Not really..

That is the research cost list.
People pay a lot more for research then that.

The time must be added to.
Not sure what they use for that tho.

Yes he did not ask what the research value is for selling, just how much each quality upgrade will cost him to produce.
Ofcourse selling a high quality research to another player is a different story.
