Offer tires at the gas station.
And oil, like in cans.
Perhaps candy bars too.
Just gas isn't enough and most gas stations do sell something else besides just gas.

wool has limited use,
maybe another product that uses this?
Sweaters?

And how about when somebody sells a building they can also offer buildings up for sale to other players, like the other stuff you can buy?

If you are a manager, you will be able to sell your buildings to other players by contract or to put them onto the buildings market... (this market will only be available from lvl manager onwards...)

As to the other suggestions: pls see my post on your proposal to implement raincoats...: no new products in this version...

don't take this as an offence, but this is a common behavior of some new players

you probably didn't read anything in this forum and you have like 1M in fixed assets, maybe even less and you think that you can come with something useful for the game

please, try to play the game for a while and you will find out, that this game doesn't have almost any mistakes and is well balanced
