He DID contact the person.
But that person would only send it back for 0,10.

I've seen several contracts in my office with wrong numbers, i don't think i ever not send the guy a message pointing out his mistake
I'm sure i never missed one, then again i was sure i read the message correctly earlier on when i clearly missed the part where was written he asked the guy to return...

People make mistakes, some just are more lucky then others on the point of when they make them

Yet I would also suggest to contact the player again and to explain him the rules from your side. He also risks to get his account banned.
