Croissant
They would be great, with origins from the 1600's they might fit in well. They would provide a
Cosmopolitan produce, ideal for light breakfasts, they could be cheap, light, and easy to eat in to the economy.

No, I have an even better idea !
Every town should have it's own specialty in the bakey, that is not available anywhere else, and cannot be traded.
We would of course sell the famous "Langenvoorde Leckerli"
Paracelcus of Langenvoorde

Would a Mill be reruired for the grind of the grains; allowing for the various grades of flour to be produced, along with bran?
Or could it be granted that grain is suitable as it is?
Bakeries that bake different things would be fantastic.
How about chalk mines for the added ingredients of the rogue?
Those Leckerli sound tempting
Off to gather timber ready to heat the ovens......... Mmmmmm baked goods.......

Yes, they mill grain into flour, make syrup, and currently make gingerbread, candy apples, sweet yeast breads
if you play on the german or dutch server they have had them already for quite a while
