Quest second chances

As someone who has missed a couple of quests due to rough patches in the ol' work schedule, I am interested in having a second chance at the ones I missed. It was not due to negligence on my part that I missed them, just the real world getting in the way. Any thoughts on setting up a recycle for those of us that fall into that black hole? (i hope, i hope, i hope...)

hear, hear, I have a couple of those myself.
And maybe even make some new quests? I found them to be the highlight of the game, when I had mine.
