No cartage between guild members!

I've just noticed that there is no longer any cartage or taxes on contracts between guild members. Now, that is a really good reason to join a guild now.

I don't think I've ever paid more than a couple ten-thousandTHs of a percent for any cartage/taxes/customs. If anything, the development of a wonder and the way that whole idea pans out is the most likely to attract me. It could really add a neat cultural dimension to the game.
