Hi to all would-be forresters.
I am releasing two plots of mature woodlands. One is 6000 sqm and the other is 5000 sqm
Here is the twist !!
I am auctioning the 5000 sq m plot and the successful bidder has the option to buy the larger plot at the same price. If the option is not taken the second bidder gets the larger plot at his or her best bid.

With 35 hours to go nitrosia has the best offer @ 45M.
AS IT STANDS
If nitrosia takes the option he gets both lumberjacks at 45 M each.
If he does not take the option svarta gets the 6000 sqm lumberjack for 40 M
I know it looks crazy. It is meant to be.

A 5000 sqm lumberjack takes 2 months to build / upgrade.
a 5000 sqm lumberjack can produce 65000 fathoms wood per day.
This can earn / save 1.5 Mio cT per day at ncp rates.
Why am I selling ? I need the space to diversify.

I have sent the contract for the 5000 sqm lumberjack to Darkness for 50 Mio cT.
I am waiting to see if he wants the 6000 sqm workshop.

Settlement period.
I have just checked the rules on auctions.
I thought there was a rule to make items available within 12 hours and settle within 12 hours from then.
It appears, now, that the terms must be put in the first posting.
If darkness does not reply to my contract offer by midnight ( 24 hours after bidding ended ) I will offer the deal to the next best bidder.
