This desireable piece of fertile pasture has become available because the cattle man's widow wants to develop her fishing hobby.

A Minimum bid of 30 Mio cT ( 10,000 cT per sq.m.) will open the bidding.

Increments of 1 Mio cT will keep the bidding tidy.

A 'buy now' bid of 75 Mio cT will secure the property outright.

The succesfull bidder will have the option to buy a second plot @ 10% less.

Increment suggestions are put in to prevent the bidding clogging up.
The only absolute is the closing time / date.
If the bidding creapes up slowly it is still creaping up.
