A lower price? Well, you wont get it much lower if you build it yourself, its just at construction price, depending on your prices/rank even below.

And 40 days is quite some time.

But well, if someone wants a manu as long as its up in building trade you can still have one.

well,... time is very imp, yes,.. but I would only talk of less for getting cash fast and having a building slot at your disposal. Personally, there is no other way I'd be selling a decent building. Manufacturies are always handy.

btw, I'd offer m'be 5 million less, not any lesser than that.
