missing player

When I left to go on annual leave (02/07/08) I sent a shipment of contracted items to "Rosenhaim". On 03/07/08 he acknowledged recieval of the items. When I returned (08/07/08) I sent another shipment of items to 'Rosenhaim", it is now 20/07/08 and I have not recieved any acknowledgement of the shipment being recieved. Is "Rosenhaim" away from his computer or has "he" left the game? Could somebody please let me know so I can cancel the contracts and look elsewhere for customers.
