Help for our CO

Stonehaven isn't able to log into his account and he hasn't gotten a response from support. Any chance that you can help move this along for him? It's been going on for 4-5 days now!

Hi jediping,

he has received replies from our team; unfortunately though our mails seem to have been filtered out by his email-provider.

We've now tried to contact him via another address (this morning), and sent him a PM via the forum as well (though seeing as he hasn't posted himself here yet, he may not even be able to log in here, or is he?). We very much hope that the mail we sent him this morning will at least arrive with him. If that is not the case, please ask him to use another email-address to get in touch with us, as otherwise we unfortunately have no way of getting through to him, despite our best efforts.
