Graphics-pack and smiles

2 problems:

1 - The graphics-pack is not up to date thus some images are not shown properly or just not shown at all.
Some features were added to the site (sort button on the workshop tab) and some images are missing or currupted. I added the problematic images manually but the graphics-pack file could be updated. It's just a suggestion. I've done it manually so other people could do as well, but I think it would ease the job for the new users.
My graphics-pack is working properly, if you want I can zip the folder and send it to you so you can update it on the site.

2 - In the messages I receive in my dovecote the smiles are not shows at all, they come as a red "x". It was working properly but some weeks ago this issue started. I know It's no big deal, I don't care for the smiles but since it's not the way It should be I think you would like to know about it.
