Special Buildings & contest

When can you purchase/build the special building such as the university
, hospital, stables etc. ? Do you have to to have a premium account?

Also where can you trade in your items for the special contest, like the pear thing going on right now?

Yes, you must have a premium account for that.

Pears contest is over. But when a contest is running, like in three weeks, check the Journal. You will send a contract for "X.XX ct" to "Contest". Pears was 0.30 to Contest, and it varies depending on the product.

You don't need a premium account for special buildings. It's only needed for the administration buildings.

Oh yeah, that was right about how premium account is only for admin buildings. But those are very useful later.

not to far of the subject, is there any use in upgrading special buildings
like;Harbour,Throneroom,Gemstonechest,etc....

I know u can upgrade Public Buildings(Hospital,Cathedral,etc...) to gain extra reputation.

By delivering lots of stuff...

I guess you get extra slots (in the building) to show off ur status symbols....

The only use is to get more allod (if you don´t know a better way to spend your cash) and more employees to raise the NPC demand. I´m not sure if you get more slots to show status symbols.
