Adverstiment in selling bulidings

I have built a "selling building" as atm sells chairs.
I have put in to many adversitments, 1560 points to much, the time of the selling raises instead of decrase, what can i do to get it down to 40k agen?

Ad points over 40k have no effect and you can't get them back. If your selling times truly increased (and i doubt that they did, more likely market conditions simply changed) then you should report it as a bug.

Yes, average price, average quality, and units being sold change everyday.

The demand changes (upward) based on how many people have jobs in said country (i.e., you expand a building 1000m

if you are selling something and it takes you 20 hours to sell and you get it down to 6 hours and then you add ADS the time will reset to the time it actually takes to sell with the ads

so that is why it is better to change price, and add ads after everything is sold, that is pry why your time changed
