Well I don't know if I want to go out on a prediction.

It looks like you're only considering revenue, not profit. (Flour at 300 means 75 / bread input cost.) Also your numbers don't seem to line up ... 24.75 bread / hour = 594 for one factory, 1188 for two.

That said it still works out the same ratios you described.

Flour at 300, bread at 270 = Flour is better.
Flour at 300, bread at 300 = Bread is better.
Flour at 330, bread at 300 = Flour is better.

Rather than predict I say get to making flour now, and get your profits there. If the price of things change, you'll already have the inputs needed to start on bread immediately. And if they don't, just sell the flour and start another batch. That way you retain control and flexibility.

Well in the long run they should be approximately equal profit-wise because if one was better, people would switch until it evened out.

Yes, but contest products are short run! Flour will always lag behind. Maybe more people should purchase flour and concentrate all the factories on bread, but it just doesn't happen in two weeks.

I think it is mostly due to the target market being on opposite sides of the contest. People that make bread don't usually have nearly as much money as the people that buy it. Thus they can't afford to run prices up as far.

Do you think Bread prices will hit 300 ???
Bread prices have gone well over that and back. Prices are volatile and will be until after the conclusion of the contest. Flour, on the other hand, will be hard to sell at 300. Most people are just making enough flour to make bread with.
