Duration of the next contest?

I guess the idea would help making the contest more fascinating in the final hours, more thrilling and possibly even more expensive. More about this when I know if it possible.

The new contest has started and is going to end at the day that most players voted for. Although the poll has become irrelevant right now, it would be interesting to get to know some more opinions about this topic... shorter contests or longer contests?

it depends
shorter contests mean more conteste per month and fewer products made
longer contests mean more products beeing made by small and big players. and thus more cash spent for wining contest

so i think shorter contest better
