Ok tnx for answering but i am waiting for a bit longer answer. Now i am producing, stone, wood, steel, chemicals, power, coal, iron ore.. and allways selling to market or contracts... i am wondering what quality or what i need to make something and sell it with profit to npc shop...

2-3 months before i was in strawberries business and sold strawberries in groceries. I could produce 60k strawberries Q7 in 24h. It was hard times for me

Then you reach new level, your production decreases ~5 %... and... you sell less in your shops. For example, i easily sell 4000 strawberries Q5 for 8 caps in 12 hours in X level. Then i reached X+1 level, i could sold this same amount in same price only in about 14 hours... so, every level i needed to level up my strawberries quality by 2 or 3 to keep same profit from them. If you do not sell your stuff in shops, you are not affected by levels, only by market price

Advertisements for shops are expensive then you have very small amounts of cash. For beginners can be profitable and easier to produce raw materials or in some cases intermediate products. But if you want, no one can't stop you from trying to sell some your stuff in own shops

Sintija, for a new player you produce the right stuff. Wood, stones and steel will always be needed and currently the price goes up for stone and wood. Also the other products are used by many other players.
